Policies

Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that life happens, but sincerely ask for at least 48 hours advance notice if you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.  

A $25 service fee may be added to your next Lash Appointment for cancellations outside of 48 hours and No Shows.


Late Policy:
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time to ensure the proper amount of time for your service.  We will do our best to accommodate you if you arrive late, staying within your scheduled time slot.  Your scheduled service fee will remain the same, although your time may be shortened due to late arrival.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointments may be asked to reschedule, and may be subject to a service fee (see above).

On another note, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early.  If you happen to be early please feel free to text me and inquire if you can come in early, as I may still be with another client.


Concern and Refund Policy:
Any concerns about your service must be brought to Pretty Little Lashes within 72 hours of your appointment.  No guarantee can be made on Eyebrow Microblading results, therefore Pretty Little Lashes & Brows has a no refund policy.


No Guests Policy:
Pretty Little Lashes does not allow anyone to accompany you to your appointment.  This includes friends, spouses, children of all ages, etc…
This policy is in place to make sure that your appointment is focuses just on your specific needs, and allows us to offer you the best service possible.


Payment Methods:

Pretty Little Lashes & Brows accepts cash, credit and debit.
